I would like to thank the families that adopted our first puppies, and I would like to thank Birdie and Gary of Texas Poodle Pups for Libby our first time mommy and she was such a good little mommy she is and always has been a very loving and social dog, she is and example of the exceptional puppies that Texas Poodle Pups raises, through out this process I asked a billion questions, being new at pregnancy's birthing and new babies and Birdie answered them all, and she never laughed at me (well not much anyway) but I owe her a lot for her patience with me and her knowledge of the breed. So thanks to everybody that made this first time experience for me a wonderful experience.

My First References
My eleven year old daughter just had an incredible experience getting her
first puppy, a black toy poodle from Debra Lowrey in Greenville,
Texas. Debra's poodles are magnificent and impecable in their appearance
and health.
After locating Debra on the internet, we weren't sure what we would find.
Our initial phone conversation made me feel right at ease so we drove and
visited the Lowrey home. Debra was totally personable and extremely
informative. It was not like being at a breeder who often can seem as if
they are only interested in "selling dogs".
Debra emailded my daughter many times a week, showing her pictures of our
puppy (Zac) while he was growing, letting her know about his first vet
appointment and just giving her helpful tips. She is so unbelievably
knowlegable about raising and caring for toy poodles.
When we finally came to pick up our new puppy, Debra gave us a complete
folder of all of his paperwork and medical records.
My vet said that this puppy was perfect, no fleas, worms or other health
problems. She said that it looked as if this puppy was amazingly healthy
and it was obvious that the owner really cared for her dogs.
Debra emailed us asking how the vet appointment went and how Zac did
during his visit. We even called her during the appointment in case the
vet had any additional questions.
I can't imagine having a better experience in purchasing a puppy than the
one our family had with Debra Lowrey. We were truly blessed to have found
her!

Hello Debbie, we are doing great! Missy fits right in! She has claimed
head of household..lol.
Her vet appt went really well. She weighs 3.2lbs. The Dr says she has
healthy coat, also mentioned that the groomer did a nice job on her face.
Missy was extremely scared while we were there. Even me carrying her, she
was shaking. Quite curious. The Dr did mention that her heart was beating
very fast. But nothing to worry about.
Another thing, the Dr said that she has been extremely well taken care
of!! Thanks to you Debbie. I shared all the Dr documents you have me
and they were extremely impressed.
Oh yea, did I tell you that she is a major Drama Queen!!!lol.....
When they have her her booster shot, people would have thought we were
intentionally harming her. She was yelping so loudly, that when they have
her back to me she stopped instantly. Too funny....
Did you groom her or did you take her somewhere?
The groomer I go to require a bordatella shot and Missy is too young.
Missy is in need of a haircut, what do you suggest?
Princess and Missy are best buds now. They even sleep together.
She is actually lying down right next to me right now. Princess wears her
out.
I hope all is well with you. How is Luke doing?

Debbie,
Dr. Rocky was impressed with his overall appearance. He had no hernia, no ear mites, no heart murmur, and his abdomen felt good. He weighed 2.8 pounds. He has grown used to us already and his new bed. He has captured everyone's heart. He is asleep right now with half of his body in the bed and half outside the bed. We will continue to use the puppy pads because Dr. Rocky doesn't want him to potty outside until his other 2 shots are finished.
Thanks so much for Mr. Sam,
Carol
