Hi Birdie,

I just wanted to let you know that Maggie’s first vet checkup went extremely well. Our vet said that she is very healthy and she is adjusting beautifully to her new family. She has started to explore her new surroundings and is picking up very quickly on potty training. As you know this is the second puppy that our family has purchased from you. My mom’s dog Suzy Q which we got just about a year ago is such a good dog and so smart and healthy, and I have to say that Maggie so far is following in her footsteps.

Birdie-

Just wanted to send you some pictures of Buffy ( pinky ) and let you see how she is growing. She is 5 months old now and boy does she think shes the big dog of the house. She has even won over my poodle hating husband. I bought her the doggie stairs so she can get in bed with us at night now. She is spoiled rotton. She loves to swim in the pool. We even have her a puppy life jacket. She is a very special joy and I love her more than I ever thought I would. Thank you so much for breeding such beautiful wonderful poodles.

Dear Birdie:

Our little “Maggie” is doing great and she certainly has brought a great deal of joy and happiness to our household. We have taken her to the vet and he said that she is in great shape. Not only is she healthy, she has a great personality and temperament and we give you and your husband credit for the attention, love and compassion that you give to your puppies. It is evident that you care about your poodles and as a result, we were rewarded with a “precious little poodle” that will be loved and cared for in our household. Dear Birdie,
I wanted you to know just how very much we are enjoying our little Georgie, he is the sweetest dog I've ever had! I took him to the vet and the vet says he is in perfect health, he handled his latest shot well, also. He runs and plays all day in the backyard with my little black miniature Cosette, they go in and out the doggie door constantly, she has so much fun having a playmate! We could not have gotten a better pet, Georgie is just such a joy to us. Mr. JLB, renamed "Tuffy" is also doing great, he is so cute and very loved.

just wanted to give you an update on Daphne! She is doing SO well, her and my daughter are inseparable!! She won second place in a pet costume contest-she was Mrs Claus with a beautiful red velvet/white feather gown and hat!! She sleeps with my daughter-no use for that bed-LOL. When she gets tired she goes into my daughters bedroom and will whine until my daughter comes to lay down with her. She has been to the groomer and they loved her!
She went to the vet and did very well-such a big girl!!
I am so happy that we have her, she is the best thing that happened to my daughter and I don't think that Kenzie could imagine life without her at this point!

Just wanted to update you on Gigi - first of all we changed her name to Abby. We had a Gigi before and we decided that we could not replace that one and this one needed her own name. She is so precious. She weights 3 lbs. and the vet said she is doing great. So far we are
doing great on potty training and I can't tell you how much this
little puppy means to us.

Just wanted to give you an update on Simba, we are getting along real good. I took him to the vet on Friday he is a very healthy, and happy puppy he just runs all over the house now. His weight is 3lbs. He is doing good with his potty on the newspapers, I have taken pictures of him I will get one to you soon. and I have to take him back in a month for the rest of his shots.

Dear Birdie,
We are now on the way to our new home in Colorado Springs with Echo. She has been just great today! She goes "potty" on the grass and on newspaper in our hotel room. She ate. She sleeps, she plays, she cuddles, she wants to be with us, she is very mellow and alert. She drinks water. She also kisses me (but not Hannah yet). We really like her. Thank you for socializing her so well. We took her to PetSmart to get some treats to chew on (rather than our fingers) and lots of people came up to her to touch her and talk to her. She took it all really well.

Ava really came out of her shell yesterday. She is now chasing my Boxer around the house barking at her and nipping at her. Eve (my Boxer) seems amused, she has someone to play with. She lays on the floor and lets Ava climb all over her. I will frequently send more info and pictures

Miss Moca went to the doctor today and now weighs 1lb 11.2 oz. The vet said to pass on a compliment to you on the beautiful healthy puppy. He said I was lucky to have such a good breeder. The office staff was very impressed with the paperwork you had prepared for me. The Doctor said everything is fine and to bring her back in three weeks for her next shot.

Hi Birdie,
We took Suzy Q to our vet this afternoon and she passed her physical exam with flying colors. He and his tech’s all told us that she obviously has been well cared for. They said many breeders don’t care for their puppies as well. We can tell that Suzy came from a loving home. She wants to be close to us all the time. She loves being held and certainly is a lap dog. She also loves to play. Our granddaughters have enjoyed playing with her today. She is a sweet dog, and so very cute, we love her already. We have only had her 24 hours and she has had only one accident so far. We put a puppy training pad down for her and when she has to relieve herself she runs to the pad. She’s going to be a real joy for our family.

Second Update on Suzy Q
She is a wonderful dog and we're very happy to have her. She is really smart and learns quickly. She has known what to do when we take her outside for more than a week and we have only had her 2 weeks! She has gained 1/2 pound in those 2 weeks. She loves to play, especially with our granddaughters. She has slept through the night since the 2nd night we have had her. Our home has been so much more fun since we brought her home. Our other dog was so sick for 2 or 3 years and we had forgotten what it's like to have a dog that plays. Suzy is just the greatest!! I hope you enjoy seeing these pictures of her, taken in the last day or two..

1 YEAR Update on Suzy Q
Hi Birdie,

We enjoyed seeing you again when we picked up our daughter’s puppy, Maggie. Kathy and her girls are very happy with Maggie. I've been meaning to send you a picture of our Suzy Q on her first birthday, May 4, but have been busy with Suzy and our new grandpuppy, Maggie. One picture is of Suzy when we first got her, along with the stuffed animal you gave her. The second is taken on her first birthday with the same toy. You can see how she has grown. She's gotten cuter as she as grown. She’s adorable. She and Maggie are now playing well with each other. At first, Suzy didn't know what to do with that little thing, but now they have a lot of fun. If Maggie grows up to be as good a dog as Suzy Q is, she'll be wonderful. Suzy is such a good dog. She will be earning her "Good Citizen Award" this Wednesday and will be finished with all her training. She learns so fast, and she does quite a few tricks along with all the commands they teach in her training class.

2 YEAR Update on Suzy Q
I had to write you to tell you about our Suzy Q. She is now 2 years and 3 months old and she is unbelieveable! We knew she was smart right from the beginning, because she learned so fast. She has turned out to be such a good dog, she minds very well, has remembered all of the commands she learned in obedience training last year, even though we don't go through all of them very often. She remembers all her tricks too. She seems to understand what we're talking about. She travels very well, we have taken her to Chicago in the car 2 or 3 times and she either sits and looks out the window or lies down and goes to sleep. She has a car seat in the back seat so that she sits high enough to see out the window. We stop every so often to let her out, she goes immediately and is ready to get back in the car again. She has always gone potty on command. She's quiet in the hotels also. We take her to other people's houses and she is a perfect little lady. She is very good with little children, she plays well and sits to let them pet her. Not that we're prejudiced, but she is just about perfect. We are so very happy that we have her and love her very much. If all your dogs are as good as Suzy Q is, it must be easy to sell a second puppy to anyone who already has one.
Our duaghter, Kathy Holdge, has one of your tiny toys, named Maggie, and she's a sweet dog also, She's 1 year, 4 months old and is going through obedience training now. Her family loves her as much as we love our Suzy Q. They are both very cute dogs also. Of course, Suzy Q is the cutest! Don't tell Kathy I said that though.
I'm enclosing a picture of Suzy Q that I took this afternoon.! She is getting more silver with every haircut. She has a cute little white nose....helps us see her in the dark when she's out in the yard! I hope you enjoy seeing what she looks like now. Isn't she adorable? ?

Hi Birdie,

I took Buddy for his first vet's appointment to PetSmart yesterday. They said he was a week too early for his shots but that he's real healthy. While waiting to see the vet, I noticed Buddy going up to the really big dogs and wagging his tail as if to say: "Hey, you wanna play with me?" Size does not intimidate him whatsoever! LOL Of course, we can't go anywhere without people absolutely gushing over him all the time. He really is quite the little flirt! LOL
